Excellent location, only a short distance to everywhere. Plus, 5 minutes drive from The Photographic Angle. Good bed in the standard double room, plus an electronic key card, a work desk, and pay TV. Well-equipped bathroom with a hot tub.

I thoroughly enjoyed this excellent hotel. the staff were pleasant and affable. the venue's position was very central. Everything was simply good.

All the staffs were top-class.

The hotel was a welcome break from the work day, the breakfasts offered a great selection, honeycombe is lovely and the staff were very helpful when required. The pool area is very relaxing between the hours of 7-9pm (June).

Few members of staff didn't speak english but they were very quick to find someone that did...

Recently renovated wellness hotel with a 4-star rating, offering standard double rooms featuring unique rain shower tubs.

We didn't want to leave, strongly recommend. Had such great stay in this nice hotel, the staff were very friendly, location was unbeatable to markets. Truly enjoyed a mini bar fridge, a writing table, and ironing facilities in the room...

I stayed in this hotel and you have charged from me for 31.00 sq/mt room price but room was very small and size was only 15 sq/mt and I asked from hotel staff they told me hotel was full so we have this type room if they did not have 31.00 sq/mt room than you sholud not charge from me 31.00 sq/mt room price for future business you refaund my balance money thanks and regards rakesh gupta

The air-conditioning is not good at all, some of the rooms are newly decorated and some of them are still the old style while they publish the newly decorated room on the website and I was fooled by this and they firstly accommodate me in an old room! then I changed my room to a better one. My stay rate was less than 91USD/night, I was ready to pay 91USD*3nights, but I was charged more than that in Turkish Lira as I have the slip and my account is in USD!

Floor carpets are not new..

The location of this place is fantastic, with convenient onsite parking and being close to a local park.

The air conditiong wasn't working as it should and when I spoke with the reception desk they said that I was the only guess complaining about it.

it is in downtown , the area is crowded , no view from rooms ,how it is claimed that this hotel is 5star ? very narrow corridors , 3 person can fit inside lift with difficulties, no complementary stuff in room even bottle of water ? this hotel is Maximum 3star and thats all, nothing more than that ,

The hotel was perfect and marvelous. the big room with the interesting "rain shower" tub met our needs. the friendly staff made everything good. the location was just a couple of blocks away from Adana Etnografya Muzesi Museum.

Friendly and efficient staff, very good buffet breakfast, central location in Adana with possibility to walk to many sights.

It would be good to have more foreign TV channels in the rooms (only CNN).
